The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of the Service.


By visiting our site and/or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.


Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all the Terms of Use, then you are not authorized to access the website or use the Service.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are eligible to use the Services and have the right, power and ability to enter into and perform under these Terms. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the approval of your parent or guardian. You will comply with any instructions provided to you by the Company in connection with your use of the Service. The Company may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service and reserves the right to change its instructions, general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you.

Account registration

You must register an account ("Humancreed Account") to access and use certain features of the Humancreed Platform. If you are registering a Humancreed Account for a business, organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant us all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms.


You can register a Humancreed Account using an email address and creating a password, or through your account with certain third-party social networking services, such as Facebook or Google ("SNS Account"). You have the ability to disable the connection between your Humancreed Account and your SNS Account at any time.


You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your Humancreed Account and public Humancreed Account profile page information up-to-date at all times.


You may not register more than one (1) Humancreed Account unless Humancreed authorizes you to do so. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Humancreed Account to another party.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Humancreed Account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify Humancreed if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwise compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Humancreed Account. You are liable for any and all activities conducted through your Humancreed Account, unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent (such as failing to report the unauthorized use or loss of your credentials).


Humancreed may enable features that allow you to authorize other Members or certain third parties to take certain actions that affect your Humancreed Account. For example, we may enable Members to link their Humancreed Accounts to businesses and take actions for those businesses. These features do not require that you share your credentials with any other person. No third party is authorized by Humancreed to ask for your credentials, and you shall not request the credentials of another Member.

Products or services

We reserve the right to limit the access to our Products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Optional tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools, which we neither monitor nor over which we have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. As a result, we shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. User generated content

We may, but are under no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.


By posting comments through the Service, you agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. Entire agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.


These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use).
